Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm PT ship the same business day from Vancouver. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Processing times apply to in-stock items only.
Canada
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD.
United States
We ship to the United States. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
International
We ship internationally. Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@espressoessentials.ca with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping.

Wholesale orders follow separate shipping and returns terms outlined in your wholesale agreement. Contact your account manager for details.
